The Institute for Economic Empowerment is pleased to publish this issues brief on healthcare - How Will the ACA Affect Community Rehabilitation Programs. The report was commissioned by the Institute  and prepared by Mathematica Policy Research. It is intended to be a primer for Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRPs) interested in understanding the impact of the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act (ACA).
 

Included in the report are sections that outline current changes to coverage that will occur, detailed information on how healthcare exchanges will operate, an overview of changes from the expansion of Medicaid services, and scenarios that will assist CRPs in understanding employer categories and what might be expected as the ACA moves closer to final implementation.
