Anna Rose Stern is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for SourceAmerica. In this role, she oversees legal, contracts and compliance. Rose comes to SourceAmerica with more than 20 years’ experience in key practice areas, including government contracts, compliance, and nonprofit governance.
Prior to joining SourceAmerica, Rose served as Lead Counsel for the NANA Development Corporation Federal Sector. NANA Development Corporation is the business arm of NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. and has business lines in the information technology, engineering and construction, aviation, facilities management and logistics, real estate development and telecommunications industry sectors with 11,000+ employees globally.
Previously, Rose specialized in litigation, government and commercial contracts, and corporate governance for Loomis, Ewert, Parsley, Davis & Gotting, P.C. She began her career as the Director, Contracts and Export, for GE Power Systems.
Rose is admitted to practice law in Michigan, North Carolina and Virginia. She was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Western Michigan University Law School, her alma mater. She completed her course work in international law at Oxford University and the University of Barcelona. She earned a Master’s Certification in Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
